This policy applies to all digital products, programs, and educational materials offered by Leave the Chair Behind, including but not limited to:
Leave the Chair Behind 5 Day Challenge (also known as Salon Suites Challenge)
Salon Suite Mastercourse
Optional digital upsells, trainings, courses, or educational resources
Ebooks, guides, templates, and downloadable materials
Any other digital products or content delivered electronically
No Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Non-attendance or failure to participate
Non-use or failure to access materials
Dissatisfaction with content or results
Changes in personal circumstances
Technical issues on the user's end
Change of mind
Digital Delivery
All products are digital and delivered electronically via email, online platform access, or scheduled delivery. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
Access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase or according to the scheduled delivery date
Digital products are considered fully delivered once access credentials are provided or content is made available
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be offered once access has been granted
Optional Upsells
During or after participating in any Leave the Chair Behind program, you may be offered the opportunity to purchase optional digital products, trainings, courses, or educational resources. These upsells are also subject to this no refund policy.
By purchasing any digital product from Leave the Chair Behind, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
